How do I know when the booking has been confirmed (paid)?

Once you've completed the payment via Roomorama, an email confirmation will be sent with the following information 6-digit payment code, contact details of your host and the complete address of the property.

For "Book Now" - Upon submitting your payment, Host will be notified via email to accept the booking request within 24 hours. Once the Host accepts the booking, you will be charge the full payment and immediately receive an email confirmation.

You may also receive another email containing the Guest Agreement Form(Please click here to get more information regarding the Guest Agreement form). 

You can also retrieve your paid or "Booked" inquiry via Roomorama. After signing in to your Roomorama account,  click on the "My Travel Plans" tab. Your Booked inquiries will be saved under the "Bookings" tab. Simply select the inquiry and click on the name of the property you have booked.




On the Inquiry Summary page, you will also see the 6-digit payment code, contact details of your host and the complete address of the property. On your check-in date, simply hand over your 6-digit payment code to the host!
