Why do certain properties have cancellation policies and others do not?


We only allow our "Certified Hosts" to have a their own cancellation policy. For others, the Standard Roomorama Cancellation Policy will apply.

With the "Certified" logo, you can easily identify if the property listing belongs to a Certified Host. This logo will be displayed on their property listing and profile page.

We suggest that your always check the cancellation policy before you complete the payment online. To check this information, see the "Property Details" section of the listing. At the end, click on the link for "Cancellation Policy" in order to view the information.

You can also review the cancellation policy before you proceed with the payment. On the Payment Details tab, the "Cancellation Policy" link will be located to the left of the Pay Now button.
