How does the Roomorama process work for Hosts?


Becoming a Roomorama Host is simple and easy! With our awesome features, Hosts can easily manage their properties and bookings with just a few clicks! We also provide a unique payment system, which makes all transactions online safe and secure.

Here’s a summary on how Roomorama works for you!

Step 1- Create your Host profile and list your property.

1. For first time Hosts, simply click on your avatar and select "List New Property" after activating your account. For existing Host, just sign in to your Roomorama account, click on the drop down menu and select "Manage Properties". To add a new property listing, click on "Add New Property".

2) On the New Property page, simply enter all the mandatory details of your property such as location, description, rental rates and availability. Don’t forget to upload your property pictures. Once your listing is complete, our team will review and approve your listing before it goes live on Roomorama. 

Step 2-  Accept BOOK NOW requests from Guests.

Once your property listing is visible on Roomorama, you will receive BOOK NOW requests from potential Guests. Simply respond to these booking requests to get bookings based on your availability! Remember to respond within 25 hours of the request notification, in order to increase your Host Ratings.

Step 3 - Get the payment code from the guest upon check-in and redeem your funds. 

After the booking has been processed, Hosts will receive a confirmation email with the contact details of his/her Guest. The Guest will also received a confirmation email with the 6-digit payment code. Roomorama will process the payment to the Host on the agreed check in date (after the Guest has successful checked in).

To process your payment, simply collect the 6-digit payment code from your Guest. Access the specific booking online, enter the code and click on “Get Paid”.
