Roomorama will then process the payment to the Host on the agreed check-in date. With this payment process, we guarantee that all payment transactions are safe and secure for both Guest and Host. Below is the payment guideline for Host.
1) Once booking is confirmed and completed paid, both Host and Guest will immediately receive an email confirmation. The Host email confirmation will contain the Guest contact number and email address
The Guest email confirmation will contain the Host contact number, email address, property address and 6-digit payment code. This payment code will be given to the Host upon check-in.
Select the "Host Activity" tab to view all of your guest inquiries. To view your paid and confirmed inquiries, click on the “Booked” tab. Select the specific inquiry (the selected inquiry will be highlighted in yellow) and click on the message to open.
4) After submitting your payment code, Roomorama will be processing the payment based on the Host's payment method. For Host, please make sure that you have updated your payment preference before you enter the 6-digit payment code. On the Booking Summary page, you can click on "Check my Payment Preferences" to add or amend your payment method.
Another way to access the Payments page is by clicking on the "Account Settings" tab and selecting "Payments" from the left hand column to view/ edit your payment method.
On the Payments page, simply select the your payment method and fill-up all the mandatory information. After you select your payment preference remember to click on "Save" in order to store your information online for your future payments.
5) For "Booked" inquiries, once you've submitted the 6-digit payment code the inquiry status will be changed to "Completed - Paid". This inquiry will now be saved under the "Completed" tab.
We process payments at the end of every business day. So if you enter the code after business hours, you can expect your payment at the end of next business day, depending on you payment preference.
We will send you the funds according to the Payment preferences that you have set in your account. Roomorama Team reserves the right to verify a person's identity before release of funds.
For US: You can select PayPal* (same day), Direct Deposit (same/next business day release of payment, please allow 1-2 days to show in your account) or Check (7 to 10 business days, depending on postal service). Wire transfer not available. All methods are subject to 3% bank fees.
For Canada, South America, Asia, Australia, Oceania and Other Countries: You can select PayPal* (same/next business day payment) or Wire Transfer (3 to 5 business days, plus 3% bank fees. You can add this cost to each listing under misc. charges if you wish to pass it on to the guest). We can also do a lump sum payment at the end of the month to save on transfer fees if you wish.
For Singapore: You can select PayPal* (same/next business day payment) or Bank Transfer (next business day payment, plus 3% bank fees).
For Europe: You can select PayPal* (same/next business day payment) or Wire Transfer (please allow 3 to 5 business days, plus 3% bank fees, you can add this cost to each listing under misc. charges if you wish to pass it on to the guest). We can also do a lump sum payment at the end of the month to save on transfer fees if you wish.
For UK:You can select PayPal* (same/next business day payment) or Bank Transfer (next business day payment, plus 3% bank fees).
Any additional payments or fees charged by third-party service providers (such as PayPal or Banks) will be charged to the Host. Please note that these fees are subject to changes.
*PayPal transaction fees and bank transfer fees are approximately 3% of the subtotal amount. Some banks may charge an extra fee on top of processing fees stated above.
