Why am I being asked for additional documentation/information - copy of my ID, a recent bill and a picture of myself - should I be giving this?


We ask for this additional documentation/information to verify the legitimacy of your account/listing. We do this to eliminate as many fraudulent listings/bookings as we can, and to keep the Roomorama community safe and reliable. Once we have reviewed and verified the documentation/ information sent in, we will approve your account. Please note that the email request must come info@roomorama.comIf the request came from another user, then we recommend you do NOT send anything. If in doubt, we suggest that you check with Roomorama first.
