How can I communicate with potential Guests?

Roomorama offers a secure messaging system for both Hosts and Guests. All communications between the Host and Guest must be done through the website. We do this to protect all users from potential scammers. The Guest contact information will only appear once the payment is completed online. 

With our new booking workflow, Hosts will receive Book Now inquiries. Hosts will be immediately notified through email if you have any new inquiries from Guests. Please see the summary below.

Book Now - The "Book Now" option allows Guests to pre-authorize payment if they are ready to book your property. After completing the payment online, Host will be notified via email to accept the booking request within 48 hours otherwise the booking will automatically be declined.

Tip:
 Book Now notifications will contain a deadline for Host to accept the booking request. Host will have 48 hours to accept the booking or it will be declined.

You can respond to these inquiries by accessing the Roomorama website or using the "Accept Inquiry" button on the email confirmation. With these flexible options, you can easily communicate with your Guest even if you're on the go! Simply access your email via a PC, Mac or mobile device.
