How can I synchronize my Roomorama calendar with another calendar (iCalendar, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar)?

With Calendar Synchronization, Host are now able to synchronize their personalize calendar with the Availability Calendar in Roomorama. This feature is applicable with any external calendar program such as iCalendar, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. All you need to do is to either import your own calendar or export your Roomorama Calendar and you’re good to go!
 
Below are the steps on how to do this.
 
To import an “external calendar” (iCalendar, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc...) to your Roomorama calendar
 
Sign in to your Roomorama account and select "Manage Properties" from the username menu.
 
Select the property that you would like to edit and then click on "Calendar"



On the upper right page, click on the "Sync Calendar" tab. You use this tab to import an external calendar to your Roomorama calendar. By using this option, your Roomorama calendar will be updated automatically based on the information from your external calendar.



On the pop-up window, simply paste the link of your external calendar and click on"Import Now" to finalize.

To EXPORT a "Roomorama Calendar" to your external calendar (iCalendar, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc..)
 
On the upper right page, click on the"iCal" selection. You can use this to obtain the iCal link (.ics) of you Roomorama calendar for your external calendar. By using this option, your external calendar will be updated automatically based on the information coming from your Roomorama calendar.

The iCal selection will contain the following options. 
 
Bookings- The website will only import inquires marked as paid (Booked).
Bookings and Outstanding Inquiries- The website will import inquiries both marked as paid (Booked) and unpaid (Pending and Available). 

Right-click on one of the options (ctrl+click for mac), and another window will pop-up. Copy the link address of your preferred option.
 
 
This link should look similar to the following:
 
 
You can then use this link to insert into your external availability calendars. 


*Please note that some calendars may require you to substitute the "webcal" protocol with "http" instead.
