How does Roomorama work for Guests?

Finding your ideal accommodation is simple and easy! As a Guest, you can choose which property suits your needs, and with our large choice of property listings worldwide, you can find almost anything. Whether you’re looking for a single bedroom or a large apartment, we have that all covered! We also provide a unique and secure payment system, which ensures that payments for your accommodations will only be released to Hosts upon successful check-in.

Here’s a summary on how Roomorama works for you!

Step 1. Search for your dream accommodation.

1. Simply sign up as a member or sign-in with your existing Roomorama account. On the Homepage, enter your destination, check-in/ check-out date and the total number of guests.

 

 

2. Click on the Search button to check the available property listings. 

 

3. Select from the list of properties.

 

 

4. To get more information about a specific property listing, please click on the  button, or you can also click on the  button* for more information on multi-unit listings.

 *Where X is the number of units for the listing.

 

Step 2. Pay for your reservation to secure the property.

Once you find your ideal property, you may click on the  button to create a pre-paid booking request.

You will only be charged if the host accepts your request. They will have 24 hours to reply. If the host declines or does not respond, no charge is made.

You will be asked to enter your payment information. 

Once your host accepts, you will be charged the full amount of your booking in full, and you will receive a confirmation email with your trip details and payment code for this booking.

If your host declines or doesn't respond within the given time limit (24 hours), your inquiry will be cancelled and you may proceed with other booking inquiries. Your card will not be charged for this.

Step 3. On the check-in day give your 6-digit code to your Host. 

1. Once you have completed the payment online and the host accepts, you will receive a confirmation email with the following information:

6-digit  payment code

contact details of your host

complete address of the property

The payment which we have collected online, will only be release to the host upon your successful check-in. At this point, you can contact the host directly to arrange your arrival details.  


2. On the check-in date, remember to hand over your 6-digit payment code to your host. Now you're all set, so pack your bags and get ready for your trip!
