For Hosts - How do I cancel a confirmed booking?

To cancel a paid booking, simply retrieve the specific inquiry in RoomoramaSign in to your Roomorama account and select "Host Dashboard" from the username menu and then click on the “Booked” tab to view your paid or booked inquiries. Select the specific inquiry, to open click on the message. After this step, you will be able to view the Inquiry Summary page. 



On the Inquiry Summary page, click on "Cancel Booking".   

 The next page will reconfirm your cancellation request.  As a courtesy, kindly add a message explaining to your guest the reason for your cancellation. To finalize your request click on "I understand, please cancel this booking".  After this stage, the guest will be notified via email regarding the cancellation. 

You can retrieve your cancelled booking/inquiry by clicking on the "Cancelled" tab from the Host Dashboard page.
