To complete your reservation, you must pay the full rental amount via Roomorama. We don't accept deposits to hold an apartment. Only in some cases when the booking amount is large, we maybe able to accept payments in installments. Please note that this is also subject to host approval if he/she agrees to the said arrangement. Please note that the Security Deposit shown on the Inquiry Summary page is given to the host when you check in and it will be returned to you upon check out (as long as nothing is damaged). Roomorama does NOT handle the payment or reimbursement of this security deposit.
