If you need to amend the dates on your booking you can follow the options below.
- If your pre-paid booking inquiry has NOT been accepted, you can cancel the inquiry and create a new one with the correct dates.
- If your pre-paid booking inquiry HAS been accepted, send a message or call your host directly to check if he/she can accommodate your new dates. If the Host confirms the new dates, just send us an email so we can amend the dates on your reservation. If you cancel the booking and the host CANNOT accommodate your new dates, you will be charged according to the host's cancellation policy.
- If you have already checked-in to the property successfully (the payment code has been handed over to the host and we have paid him accordingly), then arrange your request with the host directly for any refunds or extra payments. Please note that the Roomorama fee is non-refundable and will be charged in full.
- If you would like to shorten your stay, you should contact your host and check if he/she is willing to charge only for the new dates. Please note that the Roomorama fee is non-refundable and will be charged in full.
