Roomorama will issue a refund and we'll try to find you something else. Or, you can keep your credit with us until you find an alternative accommodation and we'll transfer your credit over accordingly when you do.
If you wish to book an alternative property available on Roomorama, you can pay for the new booking (or transfer your credit over) at the rate that is offered by the new host. Roomorama won't cover the difference of the new booking if it's more expensive, but we will of course refund the difference if the new booking is cheaper than the first booking.

We do not manage any of the properties you see on our site and we are NOT responsible for Host cancellations as these are situations not within Roomorama's control.
