Hosts can arrange a security deposit in the form of either as Cash or Credit Card authorization. Security deposit is to be held by the host for the duration of the stay and returned upon check-out if nothing is lost or damaged.
Host can update the security deposit information in the "Manage Properties" tab under the "Policies" section.
Please note that Roomorama does NOT handle the payment or reimbursement of security deposits. This is always handled between host and guest.
We do not provide any other insurance for hosts at this time. Bearing this in mind, please always use good judgement - store valuables in a safe place, and give clear instructions to your guests regarding how to operate items in your home.
