In our continuous effort to provide our hosts with better value through hosting on our website, we are introducing our new Host Rebate Scheme to give back to our host community.
Every month, we will provide you an additional 2% rebate on the total value of your accepted bookings in that particular month if you meet the following qualifying criteria:
All Roomorama hosts* will be able to earn this rebate each month if:
- You receive more than 10 inquiries in that month, AND
Your acceptance rate is at least 50% of the total number of inquiries received in that particular month.
As long as you satisfy the criteria, you will earn this rebate and be able to increase your profit margin. To help you qualify, here are some tips for you.
Update the calendar for your properties on Roomorama. An up-to-date calendar allows for quicker confirmation and guests can book your properties faster.
Many of our hosts forget to click on the "Accept" button especially when they replied in the message that the property is available thinking that that will be a cue for guests to book. However, without clicking on the accept button, guests simply do not have the option to make payments nor can the booking be confirmed !
Please note that with the launch of the new Host Rebate Scheme, we will no longer waive the 3% host administration fee for hosts that accept bookings within 5 hours. This scheme will come into effect from 1st June 2014 and will end on 30th September 2014.
